We want you to love your QINN pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

United Kingdom & European Union You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, for any reason. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Rest of World We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we're happy to help with the following:

  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Wrong item received: Contact us and we will send the correct item immediately.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
